About

Adam is an experienced director and educator with over a decade of industry experience in administration, coaching, strength and conditioning, and international program development.

Growing up in Chicago, sports have always been a part of his life. With an Athletic Director dad and a collegiate athlete brother, he likes to joke that he spent more time on team buses and in gyms than at his own home. After finishing his collegiate athletic career, he spent time coaching, in strength and conditioning, and developing international sport programs for athletes. 

With work in more than 20 countries across North America, Asia, Europe, and Africa, Cook has gained extensive experience developing initiatives in an international context. This has afforded him unique insight into the growing impact of sport on a global scale and first-hand experience at the highest levels of competition down to local community engagement.

As part of his passion for growing global opportunities, Cook helped develop a curriculum for improving cross-cultural communication used in more than 40 countries.

He resides in Chicago, IL with his wife and two children. He currently serves as the Vice President at Campus Ink, a merchandise company backed by Mark Cuban that powers The NIL Store. In addition, he is a faculty member in the Masters of Sports Administration program at Northwestern University teaching classes on globalization and leadership.

My passion has always been—and continues to be—guiding others to uncover the profound impact of sport as a catalyst for economic growth, diplomatic progress, societal transformation, and business innovation. I hope that through sport, we can shape a brighter future, fostering deeper connections and more vibrant communities—not just for today, but for generations to come.
